How are your products shipped to ensure freshness?
We ship our plant-based butter and cheeses in insulated liners with cold packs. To maintain peak quality, we recommend transferring items to your refrigerator immediately upon arrival.
What is the shelf life of Miyoko’s Creamery products?
Most of our products have a shelf life of several months when refrigerated and unopened. Once opened, we recommend consuming our cheeses within 7-10 days and our vegan butter within 2-3 weeks.
Are your products organic and non-GMO?
Yes, we are committed to using high-quality ingredients. Most of our products are USDA Certified Organic and all are Non-GMO Project Verified.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Because our products are perishable, we prioritize fast shipping speeds to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Are your products safe for those with nut allergies?
